Right to return for second thoughts
If more than 14 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item with another one. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging intact. Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or returned more than 14 days after receipt, cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are not subject to refund.

Once we have received your returned item, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the outcome of the refund request and, if it is positive, we will agree on the refund method. The refund cost will be reduced by the shipping cost incurred by Maqua Cosmetics, even for orders with free shipping.

We can only replace items if they are faulty or have been damaged in transit. For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to replace sealed articles that have subsequently been opened. How to create return request
To create a return request, please fill in the Return Form inside the package you received.

In order for the return or exchange to be authorized, it is necessary that:
- no more than 14 days have passed since the date of delivery;
- the product to be returned or exchanged is returned undamaged, in perfect condition and with its original packaging;
- the return form (included in each parcel) is duly completed in its entirety and sent together with the goods.

The shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser in case of return of the item for reconsideration. The refund shall be reduced by the shipping cost incurred by Maqua Cosmetics even for orders for which free shipping is provided. In the event of a faulty article or an error in the composition of the parcel, the costs will be borne by Maqua Cosmetics. Shipping costs incurred by you at the time of ordering are non-refundable. In the event of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not be able to issue a refund.

After delivery of the parcel, please check that the products conform to the order you have placed. You will find the details in the confirmation email you received after your purchase.
